Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 72 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, GlowSheet cannot guarantee successful delivery.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package needs to be reshipped or corrected due to customer error.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

GlowSheet is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are later reported as lost or stolen after delivery.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise stated.

GlowSheet has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Failure to pay customs or import fees

we reserve the right to deduct shipping, return shipping, and handling costs from any potential refund.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where delivery is unavailable or considered high risk.
