REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GlowSheet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

Show no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive handling.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, GlowSheet will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and provide appropriate instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted for:

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers may have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Returned items must still be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
